We’re a small handmade business, which means every order is made with heart and attention to detail. Here’s everything you need to know about how we create, ship, and handle your order.

Shipping

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship in 5-7 days, depending on the season and customization.
  • Shipping Method: We ship via USPS or UPS with tracking included.
  • Local Pickup:Available in Southwest Florida— message us before ordering to arrange.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages:Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. We’ll always do our best to help track it down!

Custom Orders

  • Every personalized piece is made to order.
  • When necessary, proofs are sent for approval. If you would like a proof before your order is completed, please let us know.
  • Once a proof is approved, changes cannot be made.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our products are custom and handmade, returns or exchanges aren’t typically accepted. In the event your product arrives damaged or we made an error, please contact us ASAP.
If something isn’t right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since each item is handcrafted and made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out — we want you to love your purchase and will do our best to make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! Please send photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

How do I book you for an event?

Easy! Just fill out our contact form and include your event details, potential date, and what you’re looking for (on-site personalization, paint party, etc). We’ll get back to you ASAP — usually within 24 hours.
